Changes & Cancellations

All “Fly Me To You” bookings require advance planning.
Dates, destination, and general expectations are agreed upon beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client, unless agreed otherwise.
For longer journeys, comfort is essential — flights exceeding four hours should be arranged in business class or equivalent.
Accommodation should be of a standard that allows for rest, privacy, and ease throughout the stay.

A deposit is required to confirm any travel arrangement.
Due to the nature of travel bookings, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once transport or accommodation has been secured.

Travel arrangements are designed to include both shared time and proper rest.
At least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep per night is required.
For extended stays, time should be allowed to reset and maintain balance.

Three full meals per day are expected, whether dining out or arranged privately.

Any changes must be discussed as early as possible.
Once travel has been arranged, cancellations or modifications may result in additional costs and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
